Connecting a foreign counterparty to Saby

1. Register at online.saby.ru.
2. Get an electronic signature: an unqualified electronic signature (UES) for foreign companies and a qualified electronic signature (QES) for Russian companies.

3. Contact your personal manager.
4. Sign a tripartite agreement with the foreign company and Tensor to ensure the legal validity of the documents you exchange.

How it works

1. The foreign company generates documents in Saby using supported formats such as *.pdf, *.jpg, .docx, and .xlsx.
2. The company then attaches scanned copies of documents required by the legislation of its country of registration.
3. After that, the foreign company signs the documents with an electronic signature and sends them.
4. The Russian company receives and processes the documents.
