Stop the registration when enough participants have signed up for the webinar. This will help you avoid overloading the video channel and maintain the quality of the broadcast.
Determine who signed up
Close the registration
- In the «Contacts/Events» section, build a list of planned events and open the webinar card.
- Click «Participants» and check how many people accepted the invitation.
Result: the list of users who confirmed their participation in the webinar has been determined. If there are enough participants, close the registration.
Registration can be resumed at any time. To do this, select «Open registration» in the webinar menu.
