Employees can change their username and password in their personal account settings. To change someone else’s credentials, you must have access to the employee's profile. For example, personnel officers can edit the credentials of sales managers.

You can only use this method if you remember your current password.
- In the sidebar menu, find your name, click on it, and then select «Settings».
- In the «Access and roles» section, go the «Sign in» tab and click «Change password». In the window that opens, enter your current password.
- Click «Continue» and specify your new credentials.
- Click
to save the changes.


Your username and password have been successfully changed.
You can use this method if the user is associated with only one company account.
- In the «Employees» section, find the user you need and open their card.
- Click
and go to the «Access» tab. Find the «Access to the system» section, open it, and select the «Sign in» tab. - Click «Restore access» and choose one of the following options:
- Select «Change username/password» to specify new credentials. Click
to save the changes; - Click «Send link» and enter the email address if it’s not specified in the card yet. Once entered, click «Send». The user will receive a password recovery email at this address;
- Click «Reset password» to allow the user to change their password upon their next sign-in.
